Wedding Day Management $1500
This is for the bride that is seeking coordination for the day of the wedding. Our wedding day management begins with your rehearsal, ensuring that all involved in your wedding knows exactly what they are to do. You will also receive a full day of management on the day of your wedding which includes overseeing vendors and assisting with set-up and tear down, creating a time-line so everyone involved in your special day will know what time everything is taking place, making certain that everything is as you have chosen and according to your plan, and making sure when the day comes to an end that everything agreed upon with the venue is done. Stop worrying about who is going to set up your ceremony/reception items and make sure everything is ready before guest arrival. This package will free you of any worries on your special day and will ensure that every detail is taken care of. Wedding day management is meant to make your day completely stress-free.
Mini Princess & Wedding Day Management $1800
This is a month of coordinating package. This is for the bride that has everything planned but is concerned that something might have got missed. A month before the wedding we go over everything that the bride has done. That includes everything from all the vendors that have been booked, all rentals, and all orders. We make sure that nothing has been forgotten or looked over. We discuss everything that has been planned for the day of the wedding. If something has been missed we help get it done and tie up any loose ends.With this package, brides also receive wedding day management which includes everything listed in the wedding day management package.
Partial Princess & Wedding Day Management $2100
This package is designed for the bride that has some of the planning done and wants help finishing up. Whether it is not enough time or just too stressed, we step in and take up the planning process from the bride has stopped. With this package, brides also receive wedding day management which includes everything listed in the wedding day management package.
Queen & Wedding Day Management $2500
This package is for the bride that needs a full service wedding planner. For the couple who have little to no time to plan, this package is designed for you. We will be there from start to finish to plan and oversee all details. Whether we are using your design ideas or creating a custom style for you based on your personalities and preferences, we streamline the process by using your budget and making sure all the little details come together for an authentic wedding reflecting who you are and what you want as a couple. This includes:
Securing ceremony/reception locations
Get vendors that fit your wants, needs, personality and budget.
Put together your Event Design/Theme Development (color, lighting, furniture, linens, floral, logistics etc.)
We will be with you answering the questions you may not know the answers to at vendor meetings as available
Assist with selecting favors, table numbers, place cards, menus
Assistance with rentals
Plus, Wedding Day Management which includes everything listed in the wedding day management package.

We also offer wedding consulting for $75/Hr. This is for the couple, that doesn’t know where to start or has made their own plans, believes everything is handled, but would like an expert to go over everything. We will make suggestions on timelines, theme, vendors, and etiquette. Perfect for the couple that wants the guidance of a wedding planner without purchasing a package. We will meet and go over any questions you may have.
